The Walter Benjamin Kolleg supports the University of Bern in establishing and operating a quality management system that meets national standards. Therefore, quality management (QM) is one of the goals of our performance mandate. In annual strategy meetings with the university's management, the Kolleg reports on its progress and plans. One year before the end of the four-year performance mandate, the WBKolleg prepares a comprehensive self-evaluation report for the university's management. This serves as a basis for a new performance mandate.
